Product return regulations:
 

1. We do not accept the return of the goods that have been opened in the package (the transparent packaging tape on the outer packaging box has been torn open as well as opening), please understand!

 

2. If all unopened products need to be returned, please apply within 14 days from the date of receipt. After the return is received and confirmed, the refund will be processed within one week.

 

3. If you need to return the whole order, please be sure to return all the goods (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes) in the current order.

 

4. When the customer returns or exchanges due to the customer's own reasons, the customer shall bear the postage at the time of return of the goods and the freight when re-sending.

 

5. If the item has been credited, the points generated by the amount will be deducted from the number of points after the return.

 

6. If you wish to exchange other equivalent items, please return the order that needs to be returned first. After we receive the return and confirm it, we will send you a new item. If you want to exchange non-equivalent items, please return and refund your order first, then order another item you like, and we will send it separately.
